Jazwares America’s Got Talent Microphones
The microphone uses lithium-ion batteries, which can overcharge and ignite, posing a fire hazard. There have been three reports of the batteries igniting, resulting in smoke and fire damage. Consumers should immediately stop using the product and contact the company for a full refund, given in the form of a gift card.

LG Electric Range
The knobs on the front of the range can be accidentally activated by unintended contact from passing humans or pets, posing a fire hazard. There have been 86 reports of unintentional activation and more than 28 fires. At least five fires caused extensive property damage, and three caused pet deaths. Consumers should contact LG for a warning label and placement instructions.

Triangle Tube Prestige and Aerco Esteem Gas Boilers
The boilers can release carbon monoxide (CO) gas due to a delayed ignition or damage to the component. This poses a risk of serious injury or death. Two deaths have been reported, as well as 25 incidents of CO leaks. Consumers should contact Triangle Tube for a free inspection. If there is an issue, the company will provide free installation of a new boiler ignition system. Consumers who continue to use the boilers while awaiting repairs should have working carbon monoxide alarms.

The push-on connector on the mowers can overheat, posing a fire hazard. There have been 97 reports of the mowers overheating while in use, including five fires, as well as burn injuries reported. The CO2 cartridge can unexpectedly eject, posing an impact hazard. Walmart Swagtron SG-5 Swagger 5 Boot Commuter Electric Scooters
The lithium batteries in these scooters can overheat, posing a risk of fire and burns. There have been seven reports of the batteries overheating, including one that resulted in a fire that caused a burn injury and substantial property damage. Consumers should immediately stop charging the scooters and stop using them. They should contact the company to learn how to dispose of the product. Walmart and Sam’s Club are offering a full refund.
