Bissell Steam Shot Handheld Steam Cleaners

These steam cleaners can spray hot water and steam onto users, which poses a burn hazard. There have been 183 reports of hot water or steam escaping and 157 burn injuries. Consumers should stop using the steam cleaners and contact the company which is offering a $60 credit toward a Bissell purchase or a $40 refund.

Children’s Pajama Sets by Fashion Online

This is one of two brands of pajama sets sold on Temu.com that violate flammability standards for children’s sleepwear. Fashion Online is offering a full refund for photo proof of the garments cut in half.

Essential Values Golf Grip Solvent & Kits

Torquay eTrading has recalled its Essential Values Golf Grip Solvent and Golf Grip Kits due to a risk of poisoning. The product, labeled as safe and nontoxic, lacks the required cautionary statements for handling of petroleum distillates. Consumers should contact the company for an updated label.

Hatch Baby Power Adapters with Rest 1st Generation Sound Machines

The AC power adapter’s plastic housing can come off, exposing the power prongs and posing an electrical shock risk to consumers. There have been 19 reports of the housing coming off, including two reports of minor shocks. Hatch is offering a free replacement power adapter.

High Bay LED Light Fixtures

Best Lighting Products recalled its popular High Bay LED lights due to a fire hazard. The plastic pins that secure the LED board can degrade, which could put the energized board in contact with flammable materials. There have been three reports of fires. Consumers can contact the company for a free inspection and repair, where the plastic pins are replaced with metal ones.

iFIT ProForm 50 LB Adjustable Dumbbells

The weight plates can dislodge during use, which can pose a risk of impact injury. There have been eight reports of the plates dislodging, including three which resulted in contusion and abrasion injuries. The company is offering a free repair which involves a replacement for the molded tray.

Kawasaki USA Mule PRO 1000 Utility Vehicles

These off-highway vehicles pose a fire hazard due to an issue where improper combustion can occur when starting the engine. There have been three reports of fires at engine start-up. Consumers should contact a Kawasaki dealer for a free repair.

Lancaster Table & Seating Plastic Restaurant Highchairs

Clark Associates is recalling its popular plastic restaurant highchairs due to a fall hazard. The T-bars in the middle front can loosen and break off while the highchair is in use. There have been nine reports of the bar breaking and two injuries. Consumers should stop using the chairs and contact the company for a full refund.

Tideway High-Speed Hair Dryers

Focusee has recalled its popular Tideway hair dryers due to risk of shock or electrocution. The dryers lack an immersion protection device. If they fall in the water when plugged in, they could shock the user. Customers should immediately stop using the dryer, unplug it and cut the cord, and provide proof of destruction. The company is offering a replacement hair dryer with immersion protection.
