The vacuum’s current adapter can overheat, which presents burn and fire risks. There have been 19 reports of the vacuums melting, smoking or catching fire while charging. Consumers should immediately stop using the vacuums and send the recalled product back to the company for a replacement.

Auto World Unassembled Deluxe Pit Kit Slot Car by Round 2

The magnets used to power the cars are loose before assembly and so pose an ingestion hazard to children. Consumers should contact Round 2 for a prepaid return shipping label and a full refund.

Cra-Z-Art Gemex/Gel2Gem Jewelry Kits by LaRose Industries

The kit contains a resin that is potentially hazardous. In its liquid form, it can cause skin, eye, and respiratory irritation or sensitization when inhaled, touched or ingested. Consumers should stop using the kit and contact the company for a full refund.

Gerolsteiner Sparkling Water Bottles

Certain manufacturing lots of these bottles can crack, which poses a laceration hazard. Consumers should return the bottles for a refund.

GIKPAL Dressers

These dressers are unstable and can tip over if they are not anchored to the wall, posing a risk of injury or even death to children. Consumers should remove them from areas that children can access. The company is offering a full refund with submission of photo proof that the dresser has been destroyed.

LINKCOO Blackout Roller Window Shades

These shades have long cords that could strangle or entrap children. Consumers should immediately stop using the shades and cut the cord. Upon providing proof to the company that the cord is cut, LINKCOO will provide a replacement cord device.

Due to faulty housing, fingers can reach in and touch the fan’s blade, posing a potential laceration hazard. Consumers should immediately stop using the fans, and contact the company for a free replacement.

The packaging is not child-resistant, posing a risk of poisoning to young children if the supplements are ingested. Consumers should immediately secure the bottles and keep them out of reach of children. The company is offering a free replacement child-resistant bottle.

Onasti Toddler Tower Stools

The stools can tip over and/or collapse with children in them, posing fall and injury hazards. There have been four reports of the stools tipping or collapsing, with one resulting in a bruising injury and another in a brain injury to a toddler. Consumers should stop using the stools and keep them away from children. The company is offering a free repair kit.

Segway Ninebot Max G30P and Max G30LP KickScooters

Due to a faulty folding mechanism, the scooter can fold while in use, posing a fall hazard to the rider. Segway has received 68 reports of the folding mechanism failure, including 20 injuries that range from abrasions and bruises to lacerations and broken bones. Consumers should immediately stop using the scooter and contact the company. Segway is offering a free maintenance kit and instructions on adjustments.

Sensio Steam Espresso Machines

The handle from the brew cup can forcibly eject, posing a burn and laceration hazard while in use. There have been 18 reports of the handles ejecting, eight of which resulted in burns and/or lacerations. Consumers should immediately stop using the machine and contact the company for a refund.

Specialized Bicycle Components Vado and Como IGH E-Bikes with Chain Guards

The bike’s chain/belt guard does not fully cover the belt drive, and loose clothing can become entrapped. This poses a fall hazard to riders. Consumers should immediately stop using the bikes and contact an authorized Specialized retailer for a free installation of an updated guard.

Sublue Lithium-Ion Batteries

These batteries, sold for Sublue Mix Underwater Scooters, can overheat and ignite, posing risks of fires and burn injuries. There have been 161 reports of incidents, including 8 reports of fire, one report of injury, and two reports of property damage totaling $651,400. Consumers should stop using the recalled batteries. The company will provide a battery collection kit for safe return of the recalled batteries and will send a replacement.

Taylor Water Technologies Phosphate Reagent Bottles

These bottles, which were sold with pool and aquarium test kits, contain sulfuric acid and are not in child-resistant packaging. This puts children at risk for chemical burns to the eyes and face, or internally if ingested. Consumers should place the bottles in a safe location away from children and contact the company for safe disposal instructions. The company will provide a free replacement bottle.

Tzumi Electronics FitRx SmartBell XL Quick-Select Adjustable Dumbbells

The weight plates can fall off during use. This poses a possible impact injury hazard to users. There have been more than 60 reports of the plates dislodging, resulting in at least 7 injuries including bruises, contusions, and abrasions. Consumers should immediately stop using the dumbbells and contact the company for a free repair, including a new dumbbell handle and tray.

VC Group Wireless Portable Power Banks with Lithium-Ion Batteries

The lithium-ion battery in the unit can overheat. This can cause it to ignite, posing a risk of fire and burn injuries. There have been 19 reports of the unit overheating or catching on fire, resulting in 10 injuries. Consumers should immediately stop using the power banks and contact the company for a free replacement.

Woolite Delicates Detergent

Certain lots of 50-ounce Woolite detergent bottles have been exposed to bacteria, and as a result can cause harm to people with weakened immune systems. Consumers should immediately stop using the detergent, and mark the bottle, “Recalled,” in permanent marker. Do not empty the bottle and do not recycle it. The company is offering a full refund upon proof of marking.
