“Masters of Litigation” Features Duffy as Presenter
(Philadelphia) – Duffy + Fulginiti founder Tom Duffy instructed attendees on legal ethics at the fifth annual “Masters of Litigation” seminar, presented by Temple University Beasley School of Law and the American College of Trial Lawyers. This year, the program was held online on November 12, 2021.
Duffy was joined by fellow attorney Beth Weisser of Fox Rothschild to discuss the ethical issues that thread through the life of a legal matter. The program highlighted important measures and steps to take at each phase: when establishing an attorney-client relationship, while managing records, during discovery and in the courtroom.
Duffy himself is a graduate of Temple University’s law school and was invited in 2016 to present the school’s prestigious Kolsby lecture.
Tom Duffy founded his Philadelphia catastrophic injury law firm over thirty years ago when he left a promising career at a large Philadelphia firm to establish his own practice, a practice that has developed into a very experienced and respected group of partners and staff with one singular focus—helping individuals and families who are the victims of catastrophic injury. Duffy has received countless distinctions, awards and titles as testimony to his work and influence in the legal community.
With a mission to make a difference in the lives of victims suffering catastrophic injury and their families in Philadelphia, Duffy + Fulginiti has secured millions of dollars in compensation for clients. Learn more at duffyfirm.com.
