The Duffy firm obtained $1,500,000 for plaintiff Wendy Koppel-Klein, who was broadsided by an ambulance that drove through a red light.

Tom Duffy was chosen to deliver this year's Herbert F. Kolsby Distinguished Lectureship in Trial Advocacy, or "The Kolsby Lecture,” as it is commonly known, at Temple University.
