Ken Fulginiti obtained $1,500,000 for plaintiff Wendy Koppel-Klein, who was broadsided by an ambulance that drove through a red light.

Ken Fulginiti secured $1,300,000 for a man who was rearended while stopped at a red light in Lionville. Defense attorneys claimed the injury was from a preexisting condition.
