Tom Duffy recently presented as part of a panel entitled “High Profile Cases, High Profile Attorneys” for the Pennsylvania Association for Justice.

Tom Duffy has been selected for inclusion in the 2017 edition of The Best Lawyers in America. Additionally, the firm itself was ranked as a top Philadelphia personal injury law firm.

In the case, Mangano v. James J. Clearkin, Inc., the firm represented a high school administrator who slipped on wet flooring glue that had been applied by a flooring contractor.

Brabson, who joined LCD after she graduated magna cum laude from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2013, first worked for the nonprofit as an intern.

In all, over $2.1 million was raised to finance the project. Duffy’s contribution resulted in the hospital opting to name a portion of the space “Duffy Avenue.”

Tom Duffy was chosen to deliver this year's Herbert F. Kolsby Distinguished Lectureship in Trial Advocacy, or "The Kolsby Lecture,” as it is commonly known, at Temple University.
