(Philadelphia, PA) - Recently, Tom Duffy appeared alongside Homeless Advocacy Project (HAP) Executive Director Marsha Cohen on CBS Philly to discuss the newest Duffy Fellow. In an interview with "Talk Philly" host Ukee Washington, Tom and Marsha discussed HAP's mission and how the newest addition to their team, courtesy of the Duffy Fellowship, will focus efforts exclusively on homeless veterans' issues.
